EllisMiller are a team. We understand that exceptional architecture requires a tight-knit and committed team of gifted individuals, all working together towards the same goals. We believe that it is not only necessary for our staff to be technically skilled, but that they share the values of the practice and enjoy the work that we do.
We believe that, by ensuring our team is happy, motivated and collectively committed to building meaningful and productive relationships with clients, adhering to rigorous best practice and striving for the highest levels of design quality, we put EllisMiller in the best possible position going forward. This both benefits the practice, as well as, of course, our clients.
We also recognise that the successful delivery of a project requires close team working and sharing of ideas with others. We are great believers in the benefits of collaboration and welcome the transfer of knowledge and skills that results. Not only does good collaboration lead to better buildings being built, it also allows us as a practice to continuously improve our service to deliver client-focussed, coordinated design solutions.
EllisMiller was founded by Jonathan Ellis-Miller. In March 2011, Chris Patience joined the practice as a Partner, and Jonathan and Chris lead the team today.
