Rosenberg Lofts, 23–25 Ridley Road, is a mixed-use redevelopment located in the heart of the historic Ridley Road Market. The project involved the transformation of two former derelict Victorian townhouses, acquired in December 2013, with protected commercial tenants retained on site.

Planning permission was secured in October 2014 for a new building providing four residential apartments above a commercial unit. In rebuilding the façade walls, all original Victorian bricks were carefully salvaged and reused, preserving the material character of the streetscape.

Internally, the apartments were conceived to reflect a New York–style loft aesthetic, with exposed brickwork, expressed structural steel columns, generous ceiling heights, and traditional cast-iron radiators. Reclaimed factory floorboards, sourced and carefully planed, sanded, and treated, further reinforce the industrial character.

The project was completed in March 2016, delivering a considered regeneration of a prominent market-front site.
